The ERT45R system

ERT45R – One Simulator. Over 20 Pump Types. By Deteq.

Testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a test bench requires simulating the pump's actuators and reading its sensors — traditionally done with a dedicated "simulator box" for each pump type. That means buying and maintaining 20 different boxes.

The ERT45R changes this:
  • A single programmable unit that covers over 20 electronically controlled pump families
  • Switch between pump types by simply changing the **smartcard** (software) and the electrical connections
  • No new hardware, no extra investment — just a different card
  • Compatible with: Bosch VP30, VP44, CP1, CP3; Delphi EPIC, DP210, DP310; Denso; Siemens/VDO and more

Programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps, including conventional and common rail applications.
The unit is configured through dedicated programming kits, allowing the same control platform to be extended to different pump families over time.
At least one programming kit is required for operation.

Electronic Advance Piston Travel Sensor
Measures electronically the advance piston displacement in rotary diesel pumps, enabling precise timing verification and calibration through DETEQ control units.
FL400/A Flow-meter
As a key component of the ERT45R testing method, the FL400/A flow meter features dual measurement capabilities, to alternatively monitor the flow rate to the hi-pressure rail and return flow. (automotive and industrial applications).
