ERT45R – One Simulator. Over 20 Pump Types. By Deteq.

Testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a test bench requires simulating the pump's actuators and reading its sensors — traditionally done with a dedicated "simulator box" for each pump type. That means buying and maintaining 20 different boxes.

The ERT45R changes this:
  • A single programmable unit that covers over 20 electronically controlled pump families
  • Switch between pump types by simply changing the **smartcard** (software) and the electrical connections
  • No new hardware, no extra investment — just a different card

ERT45R programming kit for testing Bosch VP44 and VR30 electronically controlled rotary diesel injection pumps. Includes programming smartcard, 2 m basic cable, application adapter cable, illustrated servicing manual and access to available test data. Digitally synchronized testing requires the 81.01.1A01 Digital Pump Phasing System together with the appropriate VP44/VR30 pump-specific phasing/integration equipment. The ERT45R programming kit enables the ERT45R application; it does not program or flash the Bosch PSG pump control unit.

ERT45R programming kit for testing Zexel Covec-F1 and Covec-F2 electronically controlled rotary distributor pumps. ERT45R controls the electronic regulator and reads the TPS (Timing Position Sensor). The complete test configuration also requires the ERT45R Common Rail base equipment and the appropriate hydraulic/mechanical connection equipment for the specific pump. Where a pump version requires external lubrication, the test setup must provide it.

ERT45R programming kit for Caterpillar C6.6 and C4.4 Common Rail pump testing. The application provides synchronized injection-valve control, closed-loop rail-pressure control, pulse-wheel and RPM monitoring, pump phasing support and integration with the dedicated high-pressure and flow-measurement circuit.
DETEQ 81.21.090 OTA Electrical Diagnostic Interface
OTA electrical diagnostic interface for diesel injection pump sensors and actuators. Connect the same application adapter cable used for bench testing, leave the multimeter probes fixed in OTA, and use the two rotary selectors to create the required contact combinations. Fixed measuring points and gold-plated contacts make resistance, continuity and short-circuit checks simpler, faster and more reliable. Function comparable to Bosch 0 986 611 929.
DETEQ ERT45R Universal Control Unit for Electronically Controlled Diesel Pumps
Universal programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a suitable test bench. ERT45R supports conventional electronic and Common Rail applications through application-specific programming kits, using closed-loop actuator-position control where required and closed-loop pressure control for Common Rail systems.
Digital Pump Phasing System with Electronic Angular Reader.
Provides the angular reference required for testing digitally controlled pumps. Resolution: 0.01°. Suitable for Bosch VP44/VR30, Delphi DP210/EPIC and Denso ECD-V3/V4/V5 applications. Designed for test benches with 125 mm shaft centre height; adapters are available for other configurations.

Continuous fuel flow meter for Common Rail pump testing. Measures alternatively the flow feeding the rail and the pressure-control return flow, with the active value displayed directly on the ERT45R control unit. Suitable for automotive, heavy-duty and industrial applications.
