DETEQ ERT45R Universal Control Unit for Electronically Controlled Diesel Pumps
Universal programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a suitable test bench. ERT45R supports conventional electronic and Common Rail applications through application-specific programming kits, using closed-loop actuator-position control where required and closed-loop pressure control for Common Rail systems.
ERT45R programming kit to test the DFP1 and DFP2 Delphi commonrail pumps.

The kit includes:
- Programming card that allows Simulator ERT45R to actuate the necessary functions to test this type of pump.

Testing Accumulator Assembly for Common Rail Pump Testing
High-pressure testing accumulator assembly for the ERT45R Common Rail pump test system. Designed for operation up to 2500 bar, it houses the pressure sensor and pressure control valve, separates the pressure-control return flow, monitors fuel temperature and incorporates overpressure protection.
Training for the use of the ERT45R simulator with the programming kit for testing the Bosch CP1/CP3/CP4 common rail pumps.

- It is taught in English
- Standard training is intended for participants who are already operators of diesel systems.
- Technical instructions on the technology of the components that are the object of the operation of the machine are excluded. This type of service can only be provided with DETEQ.
- At the end of the training a certificate of attendance will be issued

- Details and installation problems
- Methods of use
- Maintenance
- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. Participants will first be instructed and followed by our technical staff for practical exercises.
