Het testen van elektronisch gestuurde dieselinjectiepompen op een testbank vereist het simuleren van de actuatoren van de pomp en het uitlezen van de sensoren – traditioneel gedaan met een speciale "simulatorbox" voor elk pomptype. Dat betekent de aanschaf en het onderhoud van 20 verschillende boxen.

De ERT45R verandert dit:
  • Eén programmeerbare module die meer dan 20 families van elektronisch gestuurde pompen aanstuurt.
  • Schakel eenvoudig tussen pomptypes door de **smartcard** (software) en de elektrische aansluitingen te verwisselen.
  • Geen nieuwe hardware, geen extra investering — gewoon een andere kaart.
  • Compatibel met: Bosch VP30, VP44, CP1, CP3; Delphi EPIC, DP210, DP310; Denso; Siemens/VDO en meer.
  • Volledige simulatie van actuatorcommando's en elektronische sensoraflezing voor complete pompkalibratie

ERT45R programming kit for testing Bosch VP44 and VR30 electronically controlled rotary diesel injection pumps. Includes programming smartcard, 2 m basic cable, application adapter cable, illustrated servicing manual and access to available test data. Digitally synchronized testing requires the 81.01.1A01 Digital Pump Phasing System together with the appropriate VP44/VR30 pump-specific phasing/integration equipment. The ERT45R programming kit enables the ERT45R application; it does not program or flash the Bosch PSG pump control unit.

DETEQ 81.21.090 OTA Electrical Diagnostic Interface
OTA electrical diagnostic interface for diesel injection pump sensors and actuators. Connect the same application adapter cable used for bench testing, leave the multimeter probes fixed in OTA, and use the two rotary selectors to create the required contact combinations. Fixed measuring points and gold-plated contacts make resistance, continuity and short-circuit checks simpler, faster and more reliable. Function comparable to Bosch 0 986 611 929.

Universal programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a suitable test bench. ERT45R supports conventional electronic and Common Rail applications through application-specific programming kits, using closed-loop actuator-position control where required and closed-loop pressure control for Common Rail systems.
