OTA electrical diagnostic interface for diesel injection pump sensors and actuators. Connect the same application adapter cable used for bench testing, leave the multimeter probes fixed in OTA, and use the two rotary selectors to create the required contact combinations. Fixed measuring points and gold-plated contacts make resistance, continuity and short-circuit checks simpler, faster and more reliable. Function comparable to Bosch 0 986 611 929.

Universal programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a suitable test bench. ERT45R supports conventional electronic and Common Rail applications through application-specific programming kits, using closed-loop actuator-position control where required and closed-loop pressure control for Common Rail systems.

The kit includes:
- programming card that allows ERT45R Simulator to actuate the necessary functions to test this type of pump
- basic cable (2 mt. Length)
- adapter cables 81.04.002 (Fiat), 81.04.003 (Ford), 81.04.004 (Volvo), 81.04.005 (Clio-Kangoo 1st generation), 81.04.006 (Clio-Kangoo 2nd generation).

- Registration form to receive the test plan for the calibration of Delphi DPCN pumps. The available test data are supplied separately free of charge, after having accepted the licence agreement.

Measures electronically the advance piston displacement in rotary diesel pumps, enabling precise timing verification and calibration through DETEQ control units.

MM - Palmar multimeter for EDC tests

Measures pump outlet fuel temperature and allows the pump control valve to be bypassed for faster fuel cooling during testing.
