Mounting plate for PFR pumps on 9562-M1
The Marbed 9562 Mounting Plates are precision cast-iron adapters that connect diesel injection pumps without internal camshaft to the Marbed 9562-M1 Modular Cambox.
Each plate reproduces the pump’s original mounting geometry and, when combined with the correct camshaft, sliding rod, rack connector, and spacer set, ensures perfect mechanical alignment and accurate injection timing.
Every pump family has its own flange design, bolt pattern, and body height — and each requires a specific mounting interface.
The 9562-series plates solve this by providing dedicated, ready-to-use interfaces for every major camshaft-less diesel pump (Bosch, Zexel, Denso, Yanmar, Stanadyne).
Machined from cast iron for dimensional stability and repeatable performance, these plates are key elements of the Marbed modular testing system.
Used together with the 9562-M1 Cambox base, 9564-series camshafts, and 9562-series rods, connectors, and spacers, they replicate real engine geometry directly on the test bench.
