Montageplaat voor PFR-pompen op 9562-M1
De Marbed 9562 montageplaten zijn precisie gietijzeren adapters die dieselinjectiepompen zonder interne nokkenas verbinden met de Marbed 9562-M1 modulaire nokkenasbox. Elke plaat reproduceert de originele montagegeometrie van de pomp en zorgt, in combinatie met de juiste nokkenas, glijstang, tandheugelverbinding en afstandsbusset, voor een perfecte mechanische uitlijning en nauwkeurige injectietiming.
Elke pompfamilie heeft zijn eigen flensontwerp, boutpatroon en behuizingshoogte, en elke pompfamilie vereist een specifieke montage-interface.
De platen uit de 9562-serie bieden hiervoor een oplossing door speciale, gebruiksklare interfaces te bieden voor elke belangrijke dieselpomp zonder nokkenas (Bosch, Zexel, Denso, Yanmar, Stanadyne).
Deze platen zijn vervaardigd uit gietijzer voor maatvastheid en herhaalbare prestaties en vormen een belangrijk onderdeel van het modulaire testsysteem van Marbed .
In combinatie met de 9562-M1 Cambox-basis , 9564-serie nokkenassen en 9562-serie stangen, connectoren en afstandshouders bootsen ze de werkelijke motorgeometrie direct op de testbank na.
