Mounting & Driving Set for CR Pumps CP3.4 (MAN) / CP2 / HP0 – External Oil Lubrication

The Marbed 8216-M Mounting & Driving Set is a complete fixture system for testing and servicing Bosch and Denso Common Rail pumps that require external lubrication.

It is designed for pumps of type CP3.4 (MAN), CP2 and HP0, using the original Bosch geometry (Ø 107 mm pilot bore, Ø 130 mm bolt circle, 8×M10 holes).

The set combines mechanical centering and drive coupling functions, allowing the technician to run tests under real working conditions with external oil circulation.

Operational Context

The 8216-M set is essential for testing pumps that cannot self-lubricate with fuel alone.

Through the oil feed (3/8 GAS) and return (1/4 GAS) ports, an external circuit provides continuous lubrication to the camshaft and barrel assemblies of the pump.

The drive coupling ensures perfect alignment and fluid-tight connection to the test bench shaft.

This configuration prevents scuffing and damage at high pressures (up to 2 000 bar).
