Understanding the DIT31 4.0 Injection-by-Injection Validation Method DIT31 4.0 validates injector behaviour injection by injection. Opening delay, injection time, pressure variation, leakage, spray pattern and up to six operating points create reliable and comparable figures for professional injector validation. From DIT31 to DIT31 4.0: What Has Actually Changed? DIT31 4.0 evolves the original DIT31 concept without abandoning its validation philosophy. See what changed: integrated electromagnetic and piezo control, up to six validation points, digital workflows and retrofit possibilities for earlier DIT31 systems. DIT31 Test Bench
How To Determine The Proper Adapter Cable To Test A Delphi Common Rail Injector? Delphi Common Rail Injectors can have 2 different types of connector. According with the connector the specific cable of connection is available. 87.31.011 - Connection cable injector (1) to TC38 87.3... DIT31 Test Bench
How to Validate Common Rail Solenoid Injectors Move beyond final collected volume: DIT31 observes injection time, pressure variation, leakage and opening delay with synchronized TC38 actuator control. DIT31 Test Bench
How to Test Two-Stage Mechanical Diesel Injectors Two-stage injectors require two opening pressures to be understood. DIT31 identifies P1 and P2 and adds a K-factor flow reference for comparison. DIT31 Test Bench
How to Test Conventional Mechanical Diesel Injectors Opening pressure is only part of the picture. DIT31 also helps evaluate seat leakage and injector behaviour under repeatable hydraulic conditions. DIT31 Test Bench
How to Validate Common Rail Piezo Injectors See how DIT31 evaluates injection time, pressure variation, leakage and opening delay while integrating the specific control and protection requirements of piezo injectors. DIT31 Test Bench
