ERT45R programming kit for Bosch Common Rail pumps including CP1H, CP1K, CP3, CP3.3, CP3.4 and CP4 applications. Includes programming smartcard, application adapter cables and illustrated servicing manual. The universal 2 m Common Rail base cable 81.01.3765 is ordered separately. The complete test configuration also requires the ERT45R Common Rail base equipment and the appropriate hydraulic/mechanical connection equipment for the specific pump. Where a pump version requires external lubrication, the test setup must provide it.

High-pressure testing accumulator assembly for the ERT45R Common Rail pump test system. Designed for operation up to 2500 bar, it houses the pressure sensor and pressure control valve, separates the pressure-control return flow, monitors fuel temperature and incorporates overpressure protection.
