The Marbed 8155-E flange warrants the centered clamping of the majority of Common Rail pumps (Bosch CP1, CP3, CP4, Delphi, Denso, VDO) on any test bench.
Equipped with four reduction rings (Ø 50, 60, 68, 80 mm) and compatible with CP1K pumps.
Requires the Marbed 9680-A universal cradle or similar support for proper mounting.
DIT31 4.0
The DIT31 4.0 is a universal injector test bench designed for the functional validation of Common Rail (electromagnetic and piezoelectric) and mechanical diesel injectors, including conventional, stepped and two-stage (double-spring) designs.

Its proprietary Injection-by-Injection validation methodology allows one injector to be tested at a time under fully controlled operating conditions, minimizing test duration while maximizing measurement repeatability, accuracy and resolution.

The DIT31 provides the measurement capability. When combined with the Injector Clinic Platform, configurable Testing Protocols define the complete validation procedure, automatically controlling the test sequence, acquiring the measured parameters, comparing them with the corresponding customer-specific Master Figures, and generating objective PASS/FAIL results.

Together they create a scalable digital validation environment that scales from a single diesel injection service center to a multi-site OEM validation network.
ERT45R Programming Kit for Caterpillar C6.6 and C4.4 Common Rail Pumps
The ERT45R Programming Kit enhances the functionality of the ERT45R control unit, specifically for testing Caterpillar C6.6 and C4.4 common rail pumps.

ERT45R control unit
The ERT45R Control Unit is the core of a universal testing system designed for electronically controlled diesel injection pumps, compatible with any test bench. This innovative simulator has been developed through extensive research, resulting in a versatile device that is programmable via smartcards (microchip cards). This feature aligns perfectly with modern operational requirements.
The ERT45R is a long-term investment, allowing for easy expansion through a selection of available programming kits—21 options are currently available. Each kit includes a programming card (software), a detailed instruction manual with step-by-step illustrations, base cables (2 meters in length), and adapter cables tailored for specific pump connectors. With a straightforward setup, at least one programming kit is necessary for functionality, making the ERT45R an essential tool for professionals seeking to enhance their testing capabilities while ensuring flexibility and efficiency in their work environment.

Warrants the centered clamping of the pumps having 50 mm hub diameter, on any test bench. The flange requires 9680-A universal cradle or similar.

OTA, Interface to make easier, faster and secure the diagnostic of the electric circuits of actuators and sensors applied on the diesel fuel injection pumps.
Tests and ohmic measurements should be obtained with a multimeter, to be used in conjuction with OTA.
The measuring point are fixed, so that the operator has the hands free.
The combination of the electric contacts is obtained by easily rotating the two knobs, like a game.
