Part Number (SKU): 87.21.1001The DIT31 4.0 is a universal injector test bench designed for the functional validation of Common Rail (electromagnetic and piezoelectric) and mechanical diesel injectors, including conventional, stepped and two-stage (double-spring) designs.
Its proprietary Injection-by-Injection validation methodology allows one injector to be tested at a time under fully controlled operating conditions, minimizing test duration while maximizing measurement repeatability, accuracy and resolution.
The DIT31 provides the measurement capability. When combined with the Injector Clinic Platform, configurable Testing Protocols define the complete validation procedure, automatically controlling the test sequence, acquiring the measured parameters, comparing them with the corresponding customer-specific Master Figures, and generating objective PASS/FAIL results.
Together they create a scalable digital validation environment that scales from a single diesel injection service center to a multi-site OEM validation network.
Digital Quality Control Platform
The DIT31 4.0 is an integrated digital platform for injector testing and quality control.
Dual Operating Modes:
- Users can select between Expert Mode, with full parameter access and manual control, and Guided Mode, which runs automated test sequences with predefined validation criteria to reduce operator influence.
Cloud-Based Test Protocol Management:
- Injector-specific test protocols are accessible via cloud connection, ensuring correct injector identification and structured data acquisition.
Electrical Pre-Testing:
- An automated electrical verification for common rail injectors (electromagnetic and piezo) is performed before hydraulic testing.
- This procedure ensures electrical integrity and protects the accuracy and repeatability of flow measurements.

Double-Spring Injectors:
- NOP1, NOP2, leakage time, and K factor measurement.
Common Rail Injectors:
- 6-point performance mapping, including return flow, idle opening pressure, opening delay, injection time, and injected fuel quantity (dp).
Stepped Injectors:
- Specific test procedure for stepped injector configurations.
