How it works

1. Screw the 9513-K into the MW pump inspection port (M18×1.5).

2. Insert a standard dial gauge (Ø8 mm stem, 0.01 mm resolution).

3. Rotate engine to TDC on cylinder 1, set gauge to zero.

4. Rotate back and forward: the first movement of the needle marks the start of delivery.

5. Compare lift value with engine specifications (e.g. 1.00–1.25 mm @ 18° BTDC).

6. Adjust pump flange position until correct.
