Marbed 9478 Flange for 50 mm Hub Pump Alignment and Advanced Test Bench Applications
Precision-crafted flange with a 50 mm hub diameter for diesel pump alignment. Compatible with EP / VM, EP / VA, PL 04.. (Mini), NP-VE Zexel, VE..F.., VE..E.., Bosch 1 685 720 062, and the Marbed 9680-A, 9601, and pivotable swivel base Marbed 9260 systems.

It creates 25 (3x8 cyl. + 1) compartments of various sizes to house the components of the pumps in line during assembly and disassembly operations.

The circular support must be installed on revolving bases (ref. 8132 or 9260).
The system consists of a circular ring support, on which the (removable) bracket with adjustable projection is mounted, which allows to press the tappets. The circular holder holds an interchangeable round flange, which can rotate 360 degrees and can be locked in any position.
The internal flange allows to fix CP1, CP3, CP4, HP1, HP3, HP4, Delphi and VDO pumps.
