校准喷嘴（测试喷嘴）仅用于台架测试，模拟发动机喷油器的行为，用作流量计，在标准条件下设置和验证燃油喷射泵。ISO 7440-1 和 ISO 14681 定义了组件（带单孔孔板或带延迟针阀喷嘴）及其在台架上的使用；ISO 4010 定义了延迟针阀校准喷嘴本身。ISO 4008-3 规定了测试喷油器的应用和测试程序以及强制性维护计划。

操作说明
- 选择泵制造商测试计划（博世、德尔福等）中指定的准确喷嘴代码。制造商必须指定喷嘴类型、孔径（如有）、高压管道及其限值。
- 按照ISO 4008-3 附件 B进行维护；记录已测试的泵并遵循校准喷射器的强制性维护计划。
