Includes programming smartcard, 2 m base cable, adapter cable 81.02.434 (similar to Bosch 0 986 612 434), illustrated step-by-step manual and test data for pumps covered by the supplied adapter cable.

Programming kit for the ERT45R control unit to test Bosch VE-HDK second-generation rotary pumps with inductive regulator. Includes programming smartcard, 2 m base cable, adapter cable 81.02.430 (similar to Bosch 0 986 612 430), illustrated step-by-step manual and test data for pumps covered by the supplied adapter cable.

ERT45R programming kit for testing electronically controlled Bosch H, M, P and R in-line diesel injection pumps. Includes programming smartcard, 2 m basic cable, adapter cable 81.03.104 for documented IVECO, VOLVO and SCANIA connectors, illustrated servicing manual and access to available test data. Additional adapter cables are available for other pump connectors.

ERT45R programming kit for testing Bosch VP44 and VR30 electronically controlled rotary diesel injection pumps. Includes programming smartcard, 2 m basic cable, application adapter cable, illustrated servicing manual and access to available test data. Digitally synchronized testing requires the 81.01.1A01 Digital Pump Phasing System together with the appropriate VP44/VR30 pump-specific phasing/integration equipment. The ERT45R programming kit enables the ERT45R application; it does not program or flash the Bosch PSG pump control unit.

ERT45R programming kit for testing Zexel Covec-F1 and Covec-F2 electronically controlled rotary distributor pumps. ERT45R controls the electronic regulator and reads the TPS (Timing Position Sensor). Includes the application programming smartcard and 2 m basic cable; application-specific adapter equipment is selected according to the pump configuration.

ERT45R programming kit for testing compatible Zexel VRZ electronically controlled rotary pumps. Includes programming smartcard and 2 m basic cable. Adapter cable 81.06.235 is required and not included. Optional VRZ-specific equipment includes 81.07.007 with 81.01.1001 for electronic advance-piston travel measurement, and 81.01.2042 for pressure-valve pressure and flow testing.

Enables the ERT45R control unit to operate and test Denso ECD-V5 rotary pumps. Includes programming card, 2 m base cable, pump adapter cables and illustrated operating manual. Reference test data may be supplied separately where available.

ERT45R programming kit for operating and testing Denso ECD-V3 and ECD-V4 electronically controlled rotary pumps. One kit covers both V3 and V4. Includes programming card, 2 m base cable, pump adapter cables and illustrated operating manual. Reference test data may be supplied separately where available. Digital phasing equipment is part of the complete test configuration but is not included in this programming kit.

ERT45R programming kit for Bosch Common Rail pumps including CP1H, CP1K, CP3, CP3.3, CP3.4 and CP4 applications. Includes programming smartcard, application adapter cables and illustrated servicing manual. The universal 2 m Common Rail base cable 81.01.3765 is ordered separately. The complete test configuration also requires the ERT45R Common Rail base equipment and the appropriate hydraulic/mechanical connection equipment for the specific pump. Where a pump version requires external lubrication, the test setup must provide it.

ERT45R programming kit for Caterpillar C6.6 and C4.4 Common Rail pump testing. The application provides synchronized injection-valve control, closed-loop rail-pressure control, pulse-wheel and RPM monitoring, pump phasing support and integration with the dedicated high-pressure and flow-measurement circuit.

OTA electrical diagnostic interface for diesel injection pump sensors and actuators. Connect the same application adapter cable used for bench testing, leave the multimeter probes fixed in OTA, and use the two rotary selectors to create the required contact combinations. Fixed measuring points and gold-plated contacts make resistance, continuity and short-circuit checks simpler, faster and more reliable. Function comparable to Bosch 0 986 611 929.

Universal programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a suitable test bench. ERT45R supports conventional electronic and Common Rail applications through application-specific programming kits, using closed-loop actuator-position control where required and closed-loop pressure control for Common Rail systems.

The test bench DIT31 is a modular solution to test the common rail injectors (the additional TC38 triggering unit is required) as well as the conventional and 2 stage (double spring) diesel injectors.
The applied technology allows the test parameters to be determined reliably on each injection, with greater precision and resolution than using on average long test cycles to collect a measurable quantity of fuel.
