Es ist kein Schleifvorgang, gehärtetes Metall vom konischen Sitz zu entfernen: Das Prinzip besteht darin, die Behandlung der konischen Oberfläche beizubehalten und ihre Moleküle durch einen starken Schuss auf eine geometrisch genaue Kugel aus Hartmetall zu verdichten.
Ein Satz von 10 Stück dieser Kugeln wird mit der Maschine geliefert.
Jede Kugel kann für 100 Schüsse verwendet werden und darf nicht mit den Kugeln verwechselt werden, die normalerweise als Ersatzteil verwendet werden.
