Corso di formazione per l'utilizzo del simulatore ERT45R e del kit per la prova delle pompe Bosch VE con attuatore resitivo e induttivo.
Training service for the use of the ERT45R Simulator with the kits for the test of BOSCH VE pumps with inductive and resistive actuator. This is not a full training concerning the complete overhault of this pump.
The matters of this training are the following:
- Performance features of the products
- Details and installation problems
- Methods of use
- Maintenance
- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. The participants will be first instructed and then followed step by step by our technical personnel for practical exercises.
- Location: in Italy at DETEQ headquarter
- Duration: 1 day (8 working hours)
- Maximum number of attenders: 2 diesel specialists having skills on this type of pump
- Is held in English Language
- Individual Certificate of Training is delivered.
Kit di programmazione per simulatore ERT45R: Test delle pompe diesel rotative Bosch VE-EDC 1ª generazione (regolatore resistivo).
The kit includes:
- programming smartcard that allows ERT45R Simulator to actuate the necessary functions to test this type of pump
- basic cable (2 mt. length)
- adapter cable 81.02.434 (similar to Bosch 0986612434). Additional cables are available, under request
- Illustrated step-by-step instructions manual
- Test data to calibrate the pumps that can be connected to the adapter cable 81.02.434

MM - Multimetro Palmare per prove EDC
OTA, Interfaccia per rendere più facile, veloce e sicura la diagnostica dei circuiti elettrici degli attuatori e dei sensori applicati alle pompe di iniezione diesel.
Test e misure ohmiche devono essere ottenuti con un multimetro, da utilizzare in combinazione con OTA.
Il punto di misurazione è fisso, in modo che l'operatore abbia le mani libere.
La combinazione dei contatti elettrici si ottiene ruotando facilmente le due manopole, come un gioco.
Funzione simile a Bosch 0 986 611 929.
Sensore di corsa del pistone di avanzamento elettronico
Misura elettronicamente lo spostamento anticipato del pistone nelle pompe diesel rotative, consentendo una verifica e una calibrazione precise della fasatura tramite le unità di controllo DETEQ.
