Il banco di prova DIT31-4.0 è una soluzione innovativa per testare gli iniettori common rail (elettromagnetici e piezoelettrici), meccanici (tradizionali e a gradino) e a 2 stadi (doppia molla).
La tecnologia applicata consente di determinare in modo affidabile i parametri di prova ad ogni iniezione e con maggiore precisione e risoluzione, rispetto all'impiego di cicli di prova sufficientemente lunghi a raccogliere una quantità misurabile di combustibile.

- Stampante di bordo per generare il rapporto di prova; tuttavia tramite applicazione apposita ( in abbonamento )è possibile accedere ai dati acquisiti e stampare report con qualsiasi stampante da ufficio (ethernet)
- Programma per iniettori convenzionali: misurazione del NOP (pressione di apertura dell'ugello) e calcolo del tempo di tenuta.
- Programma per iniettori a doppia molla: misurazione di NOP1 (1 ° stadio) e NOP2 (2 ° stadio), calcolo del tempo di tenuta e determinazione del fattore K.
- Procedura di prova degli iniettori senza ritorno

- programma per iniettori common rail: identificazione del flusso di ritorno (tempo di tenuta), del minimo, del ritardo di apertura, del tempo di iniezione e della quantità di carburante iniettata (dp) su 6 punti distinti in condizioni specifiche, per ottenere una mappatura completa degli iniettori.

The DIT31-4.0 test bench is an innovative solution meticulously engineered to meet the complex demands of modern diesel fuel injection specialists by providing an innovative solution for testing common rail (electromagnetic and piezoelectric) and mechanical (traditional, stepped, and 2-staged known also as "double spring") injectors.

The applied technology allows the test parameters to be reliably determined at each injection and with greater precision and resolution. A unique effective testing approach, while the market is full of "testing equipment" limited to just running the injector(s) in test cycles long enough to collect a measurable quantity of fuel.

Combining unparalleled precision, reliability, and efficiency, the DIT31 4.0 empowers professionals to optimize performance in a highly competitive industry, making it an indispensable tool in every workshop dedicated to diesel injector diagnostics and maintenance.

- Pneumatically driven pump group, the standard version is suitable up to 1600 BAR (10 BAR compressed air is required).

- Pneumatic vice for automatic blocking of the injector

- selection of reading scale (BAR / PSI)

- On-board printer to generate the test report; however, through a specific application (subscription) it is possible to access the acquired data and print reports with any office printer (ethernet)

- Program for conventional injectors: measurement of NOP (nozzle opening pressure) and calculation of holding time.

- Program for double spring injectors: measurement of NOP1 (1st stage) and NOP2 (2nd stage), calculation of holding time, and determination of K factor.

- Test procedure for non-return injectors

- program for common rail injectors: identification of the return flow (holding time), idle, opening delay, injection time, and quantity of fuel injected (dp) on 6 distinct points in specific conditions, to obtain a complete mapping of the injectors.
