- The standard training is destined to participants already operators of diesel systems.
- Is excluded the technical instruction on the technology of the components which are object of the machine operativity. This kind of service can be provided only upon agreement with DETEQ.
-At the end of the training will be issued a frequency profit Certificate

- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. The participants will be first instructed and then followed step by step by our technical personnel for practical exercises.

Training service for the use of the ERT45R Simulator with the kits for the test of DELPHI DPCN pumps. This is not a full training concerning the complete overhault of this pump.
The matters of this training are the following:
- Performance features of the products
- Details and installation problems
- Methods of use
- Maintenance
- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. The participants will be first instructed and then followed step by step by our technical personnel for practical exercises.
- Location: in Italy at DETEQ headquarter
- Duration: 1 day (8 working hours)
- Maximum number of attenders: 2 diesel specialists having skills on this type of pump
- Is held in English Language
- Individual Certificate of Training is delivered.

DIT31 - Bangku uji untuk injektor diesel.

Bangku uji DIT31 adalah solusi modular untuk menguji injektor common rail (diperlukan unit pemicu TC38 tambahan) serta injektor diesel konvensional dan 2 tahap (pegas ganda).
Teknologi yang diterapkan memungkinkan parameter pengujian ditentukan dengan andal pada setiap injeksi, dengan presisi dan resolusi yang lebih besar daripada menggunakan rata-rata siklus pengujian yang panjang untuk mengumpulkan jumlah bahan bakar yang terukur.

Fitur utama:
- Tangki utama 3 lt. dengan filter 15 mikron
- Wadah terpisah untuk pengumpulan cairan yang terkontaminasi
- Ruang atomisasi besar dengan ekstraksi asap dan lampu halogen
- Unit pompa yang dioperasikan dengan pneumatik, versi standar cocok hingga 1400 BAR (diperlukan udara bertekanan 8-10 BAR). Versi khusus dapat dipasang sebagai opsional untuk menghasilkan lebih banyak tekanan dan aliran.
- Wakil pneumatik untuk penjepitan otomatis injektor
- Manometer digital dengan pilihan skala pembacaan (BAR/PSI)
- Printer untuk menghasilkan laporan pengujian
- Program untuk injektor konvensional: (1) pengukuran NOP (tekanan bukaan nozzle) dan perhitungan waktu kebocoran balik.
- Program untuk injektor pegas ganda: (2) pengukuran NOP1 (tahap pertama) dan NOP2 (tahap kedua), penghitungan waktu kebocoran balik dan penentuan faktor K.
- 2 program untuk injektor common rail: (3) identifikasi aliran balik (waktu kebocoran), (4) penundaan pembukaan, waktu injeksi dan jumlah bahan bakar yang diinjeksikan (dp).
- Garansi 24 bulan. Manual pengguna dan servis dalam bahasa Inggris.
