Kompletter Montage- und Antriebssatz für Common-Rail-Pumpen CP3.4 (MAN), CP2 und HP0. Basierend auf Bosch-Spezifikationen (Ø 107 mm Pilotbohrung / Ø 130 mm Lochkreis) gewährleistet der Satz eine perfekte Ausrichtung und einen sicheren Betrieb mit externer Ölschmierung bei Prüfstandsläufen.
Montageplatte für PFR-Pumpen auf 9562-M1
Die Marbed 9562 Montageplatten sind präzisionsgefertigte Adapter aus Gusseisen, die Diesel-Einspritzpumpen ohne interne Nockenwelle mit dem modularen Nockenwellenverteiler Marbed 9562-M1 verbinden. Jede Platte bildet die ursprüngliche Montagegeometrie der Pumpe nach und gewährleistet in Kombination mit der passenden Nockenwelle, Gleitstange, Zahnstangenverbinder und Distanzstücken eine perfekte mechanische Ausrichtung und präzise Einspritzzeitpunkte.

The Marbed 9809-BC is a steel coupling half built to drive diesel pumps on advanced test benches. Designed for conical shafts (35 mm nominal diameter), it’s compatible with PE..P..S7000 (RP 25) pumps and Bosch reference part 1 686 430 038. Featuring an internally threaded M14x1.5 hex nut, it ensures effortless pump removal.
