One application kit across the main Bosch Common Rail pump families
The DETEQ 81.01.1C15 Programming Kit extends the ERT45R platform to Bosch CP1H, CP1K, CP3, CP3.3, CP3.4 and CP4 high-pressure Common Rail pumps.
The value is not a separate electronic tester for each pump generation. The same ERT45R control platform and the same Bosch Common Rail application kit are retained while the workshop adapts the hydraulic and mechanical bench setup to the specific pump being tested.

Change the pump connections, not the electronic platform
The Bosch pump families do not all use the same hydraulic arrangement. DETEQ therefore separates the reusable electronic application capability from the pump-side connection equipment.

Includes pump-to-flow-meter connections, pump supply connection and high-pressure pipes.

Includes pump return, pump supply and high-pressure pipe set for the CP4 configuration.
WHEN THE PUMP ARCHITECTURE CHANGES, ADAPT THE BENCH
CP3.3 / CP3.4 and MAN applications: one electronic kit, the correct mechanical setup
CP3.3 and CP3.4 remain inside the same 81.01.1C15 electronic application coverage. What may change is the physical test-bench arrangement required by the specific pump version.
For MAN-style CP3 applications, the reusable MARBED 8216-M centering/drive system can be combined with the 8155-E Common Rail centering flange to provide a flexible mounting and drive solution.
The complete test-bench requirement has been considered, not only electronic control. Where the specific pump version requires external lubrication, the MARBED 8217 independent lubrication unit completes the setup by adding the required lubrication function to a test bench that is not already equipped for it.
ONE CAPABILITY, NOT A COLLECTION OF ISOLATED TESTERS
Expand coverage while reusing the same core equipment
The 81.01.1C15 illustrates the ERT45R architecture particularly well: a workshop can cover several Bosch Common Rail generations without buying a different electronic controller for each one.
The control unit, Common Rail pressure/flow infrastructure and much of the bench-side equipment remain reusable. The investment moves with the workshop as new pump families and applications are added.
