ERT45R Universal Electronic Control Unit
Programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps, including conventional and common rail applications.
The unit is configured through dedicated programming kits, allowing the same control platform to be extended to different pump families over time.
At least one programming kit is required for operation.

The kit includes:
- Programming card that allows Simulator ERT45R to actuate the necessary functions to test this type of pump.

As a key component of the ERT45R testing method, the FL400/A flow meter features dual measurement capabilities, to alternatively monitor the flow rate to the hi-pressure rail and return flow. (automotive and industrial applications).

As a key component of the ERT45R testing method, the Testing Accumulator is a reliable component that ensures to separate the fuel drained by the pressure control valve. This functionality is vital for maintaining consistent pressure levels throughout the testing process.

Training for the use of the ERT45R simulator with the programming kit for testing the Bosch CP1/CP3/CP4 common rail pumps.

Service features:
- The training course will take place in Italy at the DETEQ site
- Duration of 1 day
- Maximum for 2 participants
- It is taught in English
- Standard training is intended for participants who are already operators of diesel systems.
- Technical instructions on the technology of the components that are the object of the operation of the machine are excluded. This type of service can only be provided with DETEQ.
- At the end of the training a certificate of attendance will be issued

The course includes training provided by DETEQ technicians, for:
- Performance characteristics of the products
- Details and installation problems
- Methods of use
- Maintenance
- Practice with the help of DETEQ technicians. Participants will first be instructed and followed by our technical staff for practical exercises.
