ERT45R programming kit for testing compatible Zexel VRZ electronically controlled rotary pumps. Includes programming smartcard and 2 m basic cable. Adapter cable 81.06.235 is required and not included. Optional VRZ-specific equipment includes 81.07.007 with 81.01.1001 for electronic advance-piston travel measurement, and 81.01.2042 for pressure-valve pressure and flow testing.

OTA electrical diagnostic interface for diesel injection pump sensors and actuators. Connect the same application adapter cable used for bench testing, leave the multimeter probes fixed in OTA, and use the two rotary selectors to create the required contact combinations. Fixed measuring points and gold-plated contacts make resistance, continuity and short-circuit checks simpler, faster and more reliable. Function comparable to Bosch 0 986 611 929.

Universal programmable control platform for testing electronically controlled diesel injection pumps on a suitable test bench. ERT45R supports conventional electronic and Common Rail applications through application-specific programming kits, using closed-loop actuator-position control where required and closed-loop pressure control for Common Rail systems.
